Appraisal Reports
We typically prepare a home appraisal report for shipping as a PDF file suitable for email, which is so much faster for the customer than traditional paper reports. Receiving and printing PDF appraisal reports is easy. If you have a color printer at the office or at home you can print the report (and the photos!) in color. You can always receive and store e-mailed appraisal reports in your email software (such as Outlook or Eudora) or you can open the attachment that contains the report and store it separately as a file in your computer.
Important Tip: If you use a web based email service (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) be sure that you have a large enough mailbox to both receive and store your appraisal documents. A minimum space of 250mb is recommended and most major web based providers offer this much space for free. Be sure to clean out your mailbox regularly. A full mailbox on a web based email system will typically cause all subsequent emails, including appraisal reports to bounce back to the sender, particularly when you receive a large volume of appraisal or other information on a daily or weekly basis that tends to fill up your inbox because of large file sizes.
Safety
We never disclose any confidential, sensitive, financial or personal information about our customers, the properties we appraise, or any other such information to any outside source or requestor. We respect your rights to privacy and we adhere to our client-appraiser relationship with you.
